Ottoville Hardware & Furniture Company strives to make customer satisfaction a priority. In the unfortunate event of a return being requested, please see the following for our return policies on major  appliances.

Special Orders: Special orders are products that we do not stock. If we are unable to cancel the product before it arrives, a special order cannot be returned or refunded.

48 Hour Return Policy: Product returns must be initiated with a sales representative within 48 hours of the item being delivered or picked up. Products must be free of damage and will incur a 25% restocking fee. Delivery fees will not be credited and an additional fee will be charged if pickup is necessary. Products that have been used cannot be returned.

Defective Products: Defective products will be addressed by a service technician if appliance is experiencing issues upon delivery/pickup. If you have questions about your products warranty, please refer to the manual or call our store. As this process is frustrating for both parties, we appreciate your patience during this time.
